Who Is New Path Homes –
We are a Michigan LLC of professional home buyer’s. We have been buying Real estate for over 30 Years and buy several houses each month. We are Realtors®, however, we don’t take listings and we don’t charge commissions. Our focus is to buy your house. We use existing loans and private funds that require no bank financing. We can do what no one else will do for you !!
We offer unique owner financing. Our program helps people who can not get a mortgage right now due to bruised credit, not enough time on the job, etc. We have homes available for you to choose from. They are all vacant and available for immediate occupancy. You lease the home for 1 year. While you are in the home, we work with you on cleaning up your credit. At the end of your lease, you will get a mortgage. We do require a down payment up front. A typical down payment is 3% of the house price and as low as $2500. When you get a mortgage, we give you your down payment back to go towards the purchase. If you do not have the full down payment, we still can work with you. Our monthly rent rates range from $850-$1300. This includes taxes and insurance. Please give us a call if you have any other questions or would like to fill out an application.
